If I subtract the incentive and add the fees to the selling price (cap cost $26,466) I get $339/mo plus tax.

The cap cost for that quote is probably $1000 higher - I'd work with the dealer to understand what the difference is.

In CA, you want to pay your DMV fees, 1st payment, and upfront tax on the rebate, upfront. If you roll all of that in, you subject these non-taxable or previously taxed items to tax, within the monthly payment.

I wouldn't put a lot of trust in that calculator to handle those items, correctly.
The upfront tax rolled in is probably why @Michaell calculation is different.

$357 1st payment
$400 DMV
$85 doc fee
$737 upfront tax on rebate
$1579 due at signing

$25981 adjusted CAP
$325.65/mo+tax = $357/mo

That puts the total cost just $44 off of the calculator.

Plus, doesn't CA have some sort of rebate, that you receive afterwards?

Thanks for both of you explaining it . if you really look at it , i mark is as Zero drive off.if i change it and put the drive off the number looks as follows. I am not eligible for CA rebate.I am not sure is this the best deal for the vehicle.

It doesn't seem like a terrible deal, it just doesn't lease that well.

If you were eligible for the rebate, it might be a reasonable payment.
