Adjusted CAP of about $38,200 to get that payment.
With $3000 upfront and $2000 of lease cash, doesn't seem like that great of a deal.

So instead of buying a used car to get me through the next two years, I thought to maybe find a two year lease and do the buyout. Leasing a truck isn't going to give you a "small" lease payment. And, not wise to lease, then buyout; you're better off buying new up front - with the massive discounts and incentives that are available - and keeping it as long as you need.
