Also this includes $1000 loyalty bonus from Infiniti financial. Otherwise the drive off fees are $2950 instead of $1950.

I currently have a 2016 Q50 premium. The only thing I don't like are the runflats which are all bald after 19k miles of granny driving. Common issue on Bridgestone re97as runflats. Now I have to replace costly tires at lease end...

I myself am paying $269 right now zero down and the discounts have gotten bigger in the last 3 years and MSRP has been reduced as well for the 2019 luxe vs the 2016 premium

Infiniti isn't doing so hot right now the car is so outdated so I don't understand why prices have gone up?!

Residuals are way down.. I leased a G37 in 2011, really cheap. Not really relevant to today..

I remember the Q50 residual being around 55% for at least 4 years.

Any tips to work the dealer on less than advertised price?

Coconut Creek budged $289. But the holidays are coming so are deals going to get better or worse? I have 2 months left on my lease so I'm not desperate yet.

I also leased a g37 in 2010 for $329 which in hindsight wasn't a great deal just the advertised special.

I know the dealers are holding back even at these prices

No predictions on future programs.

Infiniti probably lost money on all those leases in the past when the market value of all those lease returns was far less than the residual in the contract. They've likely made up for that by adjusting the RV to be more market correct, which makes for a higher lease payment.

Can you explain the residual? Does the company make them up? My buyout is $21k which is higher than trade in by $3 or $4k but lower than dealer retail price by $3 or $4k. Prices are all over the place.

I see Q50 premium going around $25k to $26k used. The cheap ones are all high mileage or accident cars.

If I buy the car does the leasing company profit vs sending to auction? Or does the dealer buy it at the same price as I am offered?

My dealer fee are $995 which is very high I think. 3 years ago it was $595. Any way to negotiate that to $600 or $700? That's what most dealers should be charging for a doc fee.

Also that bs acquisition fee which is $700 they put that into the cap cost. Again junk fees.

Residual is set by the finance company, in your case Infinti (Nissan) Finance. It is the rent portion of your lease payment. The money factor is the interest portion of your lease payment. You almost never want to buy an Infinti after your lease is up because they set higher residuals then the car will actually be worth at lease return. Dealers rarely buy a car when you return it, it goes straight to auction.

Never heard of a dealer lowering a doc fee.

The acquisition fee is charged by Infiniti Finance. Never heard of a manufacturer's finance company not having one for leases.

Keep asking the dealer to provide you the full information, so you have all the facts available.

If they continue to stall, perhaps there is a reason for that?

I'm waiting till December that's when I got the $269 deal 3 years ago. $2k das. With my loyalty bonus should be $1k das.

I'm thinking an S if the incentive is $8000. Where are you guys getting this info? Do you work for a bank or Infiniti dealer?
