The base residual might be 60%, but that is before it is reduced to account for the loaner mileage.
$18717 = 60%
17162 = closer to 55%.

$1550 of your discount is needed, just to offset the reduced residual.
Then, they are taking back $800 in a dealer fee. (ridiculously high).

My calculated payment is about $11/mo less than their quote.

You need a bigger discount to offset that huge dealer fee, and an explanation for the payment calculation discrepancy (confirm the actual residual, adjusted CAP and money factor).

I don't think it would be too hard to knock $20-$30/ month off of your quote.

Used vehicle? No info. If it is a demo or service loaner, then there is a residual reduction for existing mileage.
