7500 a year is fine for me. thats what my current lease is and I'm coming in 1k under after 3 yeras.

Sticker was ~48k
Selling price was 38.5k

Additionally they are covering $700 to cover the final payment and disposition of my current Lexus NX.

didn't go through all the details with the guy, He said the MF was .00158, but that the car was so discounted he couldnt do any better on the MF. He didnt want to go through the details, seemed adamant that this was as good as it gets. I was at the dealership yesterday pushing for $400/month. He let me walk away over $25 month.

Seems like a pretty good deal, relative to MSRP.

Them letting you walk might be a sign that it won't get any better.
But, you can always hit them up in a couple of weeks, near the end of the month, if they still have it.
