Looks like a different bank than Chrysler Capital, because I don't think they could raise the MF that high. Assuming you have top tier credit?

It's possible that the 2019 comes with a big rebate that you won't get on the 2020.
Since he said the 2020s were better, ask him for a quote?

Yes, residuals have dropped.

Just like BMW, you can only negotiate the markup amount of the money factor. Unfortunately, we don't know the exact base number, but generally, Chrysler Capital only allows the dealer to markup the rate by .00042, so that is your likely delta.
