    If so, then the adjusted CAP will be $70425 + the items I listed above. Which puts it pretty close to the $75,500 number I estimated.

    I'll reiterate my earlier statement. That doesn't seem like a very big discount from MSRP.
    ($77610 to $74800 = $2810 discount = 3.6% of MSRP)
