    There is a 2019 with 70 miles on it that was a car show display. They say this can be leased or bought as new. Are there any downsides or hidden rules on this? Do rebates Still apply?

    If they say it can be leased as new, then you should be eligible for all rebates.
    Generally, a car that has 70 miles to start with would have an ending mileage of 36,070 for a 36/12 lease, so you lose no use.

    One thing to ask about: In-service date. Just in case it has been put in service. You want to make sure you warranty covers you for the full lease term.

    We aren't real good with purchase rebates on GM products. You should just ask the dealer. They can give you a printout for any model they have on the floor. Too many programs for us to keep track of.
