Hi all : What are the best lease pricing as of October 2019 in New York area on 36 months , 36 k miles on premium trim model . Thanks for your help in advance. Tom

Also what are the residual and money factors for new 2020 Lexus RX 350 ?

    Hi all. What are the best lease prices for Oct/Nov 2019 in zip 55125 (St. Paul, MN) for 36 month, 36K on an RX350 with MSRP of $56,430. Looking for residual and money factor. Excellent credit rating. Thanks!

    Hi All : Dealer quoted me a 56 % residual ,money factor .0060, rebates $1,750 ,end lease buy out $ 30,797 returning leaseholder from a 2017 RX350 MSRP $ 53,764. I am negotiating the leasing of a 2020 RX350 , 36 months with 36 k miles MSRP $ 54,460 .My last lease in 2017 was $601 per month zero down. He started at $ 680 per month we are currently at $ 640 taxes included ( .0865 %) only first payment and registration fees = $ 720 down.I am in long Island, New York .Going to dealer today to to bring the monthly payment down to $615 and make a deal,will get back on results.
    Question my money factor is higher an residual is lower, am i getting a good deal. I am basically getting the same car i leased in 2017 ???? Please comment !!

    But, a lot depends on the selling price you negotiate.

    11/19/2019 update on car dealer quote. I found a RX 450 H 5door white with black interior on lot MSRP $ 52,680 no Navigation,standard tires 18 ", moon roof,premium pkg,blind spot monitor with intuitive parking assist / rear cross traffic braking, heated seats and a few minor up grades totaling $ 4,905. The money factor .0006 residual 57 %., down payment includes first month pmt $ 615 + 75 processing fee + 10 inspection fee = 700 total money down.
    my monthly payment is $ 615 which includes New York sales tax.
    Lease terms 36 mths 12 k miles per year.
    my end lease buy out $30,028
    lease cash $ 1,750
    I am estimating a selling price $ 47,680 to come close to the $ 615 monthly payment. Please correct me if i am wrong in my calculations ?? Did i get a good deal, please respond with comments.

    I don't know about the selling price, but the adjusted cap cost is closer to $50,500 to get that payment.

    Figuring that taxes and fees are part of that payment, that's likely pretty close.
