w/ $700 total down payment (includes all MD taxes, tags, fees, etc.)
12k miles per year

First month due @ signing.

MF is 0.00065 and the residual is at 59%, $14,552.35 at lease end.

Is this a good deal?

    Selling Price: $21,500
    Estimated adjusted cap cost: $20300

    I do live in MD. & yes, $1039 due at signing.

    Also, with just $1039 due at signing, how can the adjusted CAP be lower than the selling price? Tax alone will be over $1200.

    Monthly Payment: $300

    *with first months payment and $500 down due at signing

    deal includes the first year of oil changes and tire rotations on the vehicle. As well as an Engine Lifetime Guarantee

    The payment calculation is correct, with that adjusted CAP.

    There is a $1600 Honda to dealer incentive on this trim.
    I put the selling price around $23620 including the extra $500 upfront.
    That's around $2700 off MSRP (with the dealer getting $1600 of that back from Honda)

    You might be able to do a little better if you push. Maybe, get the $300/mo, without putting up the extra $500... with just 1st payment at signing.
