Seems high to me with down payment.
The base MF is .00128, this month. The .00168 represents the max markup the dealer can have.

If I use $47,005 as the cap cost, I calculate $501/mo plus tax with the base MF of .00128.
I'd confirm you are getting the base MF as well as a breakdown of the $2500 up front.
The deal doesn't look bad, but until we have the details, we're just guessing.
