Looking at your Leasehacker link:

If you are at $693/mo, and the dealer is at $707/mo, that is only $500 apart.
One item: DMV fees on that vehicle will be closer to $700 than $400.
Also, if the Sale Price is after the $1250 rebate is applied, then there is upfront sales tax on the rebate.
($53650 sale price, with $1250 taxed incentives entered below. That will add about $100 to the deal).

So, now we are only $100 apart. I'll guess if you ask for the actual numbers, you'll see where the difference is.

By rolling in the first payment and the DMV charges, you are making them taxable. I'd pay those upfront.

I cannot find a better deal with any other luxury brand or model, which makes the 530E the best deal in my opinion.
