    36/12
    0.35% APR
    33% residual
    $9507 lease cash

The numbers quoted by your dealer don't seem to have much to do with the lease program, other than the payment quotes at the bottom.

You need a lease quote that has only the numbers that are valid with the lease.

From another viewpoint, I wouldn't lease a car for $387/mo that I could purchase for $25K.

I did receive a better breakdown:
    $38,685 MSRP
    2,000 national Ford discount
    4,243 dealer discount
9,007 Ford rebate applied to price of vehicle
    250 additional Ford rebate
    700 PCE discount
    $22,485 vehicle lease price

At 10,500 miles the residual value is $13,152.90 with a purchase option price of $13,652.90.
At 12,000 miles the residual value is $12,766.05 with a purchase option price of $13,266.05.
At 15,000 miles the residual value is $11,992.35 with a purchase option price of $12,492.35.

The interest rate on the lease is 2.85% which equates to a money factor of 0.0011875.

I don't think the 9007 rebate applies when purchasing.

    Okay... that looks better.

Did you see any red flags?

Base rate is 0.35% APR and the dealer quote is 2.85% APR. That is a huge markup.

Which i believe explains why the monthly payment is higher... correct? 411 just seemed really high, even though everything else looked decent.

Out of curiosity, the .35% equates to what money factor? I'm getting a calculation that doesn't seem correct. Thanks
