    It does look like the rogue sport is not too competitive with high MF. However the high residual at 57% not bad.
    Rogue SV looks to be the best among all without seeing incentive.

    Are you guys reading the same? I tend to think MF is less a factor since the total lease amount subject to interest is under $9k in most cases.
    0.00102 MF would cost $660 interest.

    But then considering a $30k sticker rogue, 1% residual change is $300.

    Rogue SV appear to be the best of the pack without the incentive considered.

    I have an offer for a 2020 SL premium for 375 per month 750 down (includes first month payment). Dealer won't budge to do only first month due at signing. Is this a good deal?

    Have you engaged with multiple dealers? Most dealers will not negotiate against themselves.

    What is the selling price?
    What is the cap cost?
    What is your ZIP code?
    What lease term and how many miles per year?
    AWD or FWD?

    FWD. 35,840 was the MSRP on the vehicle. 30068 is the zip. 36/12 on the terms. Taxes and fees in GA ran about 2,200. So total Cap was just about 38,100.
