Any Buying tips for 2020 Acura RDX- Tech SH-AWD trim?

Looking to buy a 2020 Acura RDX in the Portland, OR area. Dealers don't seem to be coming down much. This is my first time buying a brand new car. Any tips? Anyone have any recent purchase prices to offer up that I can use as guidance? Thanks!
