    I'm trying to get just dmv/first month how much a month realistically can I get them down. Should I risk waiting for december christmas time?

    Msrp online 45,250 > says their dealer price 39,250 (both online numbers)

    Finally worked a deal out on a 2019 Q50 Red Sport at the end of November in CA. Here were the terms I walked out with:
    MSRP: $58,495
    Cap cost (final sales price): $45,290
    Term: 39 mo/10k miles
    Downpayment: $1000
    Payment: $448+tax/mo. ($489 all in)

    Wanted to thank you, @kyfdx for your help on here. It makes a big difference when you walk in knowing your numbers. Also, knowing things like what "Additional $500 down" means in terms of payment impact ($500/36 months = $12.82). Or if they reduce the price by another $1,000, know that it should impact your payment by $1000/36. It's simple math, but its things like this go a long way in helping you negotiate.

    On a side note. Do you follow industry sales trends and if so , do you find any correlation between the and MF rate + rebates/incentives and sales volume. Infiniti is struggling with vehicle sales-currently their interest rate on Q50 lease is less than 1% with $7000 in cash incentives :o . Too many factors at work or is this a distinct pattern; I don't recall G35/Q50 leases being this sweetened....

    You can do two MSDs, which would lower the money factor to .00009.

    Small difference, but still worth it.

    Also can you please tell me how the dealer incentive is applied. For example, if the dealer incentive is $4000 and the MSRP is 40,000 and i negotiate a sale price of $35,000, would i then be able to reduce it another $4000?
