    Interesting - Toyota dealers rarely mark up the MF, but I guess you just found the wrong dealer. :worried:

    One of the dealers I’m working with gave me this - RATE IS .00129, RF IS .59*. I can’t get them to accept the .00044 and 57%.
    I didn’t have this issue when leasing a Honda Accord :/

    I wasn't quite sure where to ask this but does the Money Factor and Residual Value change zip code to zip code? Or state to state?

    One of the dealers I’m working with gave me this - RATE IS .00129, RF IS .59*. I can’t get them to accept the .00044 and 57%.
    I didn’t have this issue when leasing a Honda Accord :/
    Confirm the bank the dealer is using - US Bank is a popular alternative to TFS.

    Residual is constant everywhere but in the SouthEast, and MF/incentives can vary by region.

    noticed 2 questions on the SE 4cyl, one was in 33602 res @59%, the other 77079 @52%, was that a mistake or, is there that much difference in zips? Also 36/12 SE 4cyl. 91304 Rebates, MF, Res.
