    Sale price is $42864. Gross cap is $45665. Net cap is $40913. In zip 08619.my current lease is over mileage already and in desperate need of brakes and tires. Don’t want to throw money into replacing only to turn in lease in a month.

    The calculated payment is correct, with that adjusted CAP.
    Is $1000 the total amount Due at Signing?

    If they are rolling in the last payment, then that implies they aren't taking your car in trade. Are you sure that you won't still be on the hook for mileage charges and wear and tear?
    Better make sure that part of the transaction is clear. If they are just turning the car back into the bank for you, that won't absolve any of those charges.

    They are not taking the car, just rolling payment in, I don't think I will get dinged for excess wear and tear but will owe approximate $350 in excess mileage at this point. Do you think there is room for dealer to come down more on the cap cost? Anyone seen any better on price?

    Sorry, I thought you said in desperate need of brakes and tires? You might slide by on the brakes, but unlikely on tires.
