    I actually got the same as you $654.00, I told the sales manager that my calculation was giving me a different monthly payment then his and he said that online or app based calculators are good but not perfect. He said that CDK is showing $674/mo. Not sure how to contest that.

    If they give you a screenshot of the deal, it should all become clear.
    Pay close attention to the Adjusted CAP cost. Your assumption is that it is the same as the selling price, but that may not be the case. (also, a chance they didn't use the .00145 MF)
