    It is all lease cash for the lessee. The owner of the vehicle gets the tax credit.

    Thanks for the info. I see that the leaf also has a Nissan cash rebate of $1000. Do you think I can add that to the $7500? Also do you think I can get the MF down with a 800 plus credit score?

    Cash rebate is for purchase, not lease.
