Thanks for the quick response. It amazes me that they are still selling these Edition One's for almost full price...The one I am interested in has been on the lot 300 days! Going to try and wait them out, GM has been calling me non-stop all weekend asking what they can do.

Going to see if they can knock some more off the selling price and reduce the MF and see where that gets me...Stay tuned.

The $805.61 tax is on the rebate + acquisition fee + doc fee, not just on the doc fee.
