    You can't really "apply" it. It is Mercedes-to-dealer money. Hopefully, you'll negotiate a lower selling price, because you know about it.

    The incentive is factory to dealer and doesn't have to be disclosed; it will be reflected in whatever price they offer you. You have to determine if the price is acceptable to you. Shop multiple dealers.
