I don't think the dealer is absorbing any fees.
It's more likely that the $1504 is added to the CAP cost.

If $21,160 were the adjusted CAP cost, the payment would be around $204/mo.

39 month seems to have the highest lease cash of $13,919. 42 months and above have for $13419. So I was seeing to take advantage of the extra $1500-2000
