Does Infiniti offer ultra low mileage leases (like 7,500 mi/year), or is 10K the lowest? I will be working from home due to COVID-19 for the foreseeable future, so I don't expect to be driving more than 5K mi/year.

Can you also clarify how the Flexible Lease Bonus of $1,500 work? Can I use that money toward cap cost reduction, or it can only be used toward the first 3 monthly payments? My monthly payments will be under $500, so it will be better for me to use the entire $1,500 bonus to lower the cap cost, instead of applying part of it to the first 3 monthly payments.

Is that what dealer is doing off MSRP or off whatever sale price you negotiate? For eg. I see amounts of $5000 to $5500 as incentives for other states and the $1500 customer lease bonus. I also see the 90 day no payments on the Infiniti website. Is that the same as the $1500 or additional?

Will likely be getting one by month end to take advantage of any month end specials. Not sure how good any deals are available in this COVID environment. Thanks in advance.

The $1500 is a customer incentive, applied as a CAP cost reduction.
