  When I subtract the $5000 from the final price, I agree with the payment.
  
  I'd skip the down payment, and take the higher monthly payment.
  
  How much else is the dealer asking for, from you? Or, does the final price include all the taxes and fees?

  Price includes all the fees and taxes. All incentives are included in the price as well. Or the cash purchase price is $64000 out the door.
