Hi all, I was wondering if anyone could comment on the lease offer I have received.

2020 Mazda CX5 AWD Grand Touring with Premium Package
36 months/12k a year
Inclusive of $7500 trade/down payment for my current Mazda 3
$135/month including taxes and fees.

I don't plan on using the entire $7500 for down payment, its what I'm using as a reference point when comparing other dealers/cars.

Are there any pros/cons to using the entire amount of trade in for down payment on a lease?

What is your ZIP code?

Our advise is to not use any of the equity, and simply have the dealer cut you a check.

If the new car were to be stolen or totaled, you would lose that money. And, it simply masks the true cost of the lease.

On a CX-5 Touring FWD 36/10 lease Mazda dealers will STACK the $1500 Loyalty Reward Program + $650 Lease-to-lease Reward Program + $720 Mazda lease cash for a total of $2,870 in rebates. Assumes I qualify for rebates and zip is 91343. Please confirm.

The Lease to Lease Loyalty Reward can be combined with other public offers including Lease incentives offers.
The Lease to Lease Loyalty Reward cannot be combined with Customer Cash or APR Incentive offers.
