2019 M5 (Base) Residual and Incentives

Hi all,

Looking to potentially lease a 2019 M5 Base (located in CT) as the upped residual is very appealing right now. I've been shopping dealers and those local to me have been extremely shady to say the least. I can't get a residual percentage on anything from them, no test drives, and they want to run my credit before sharing incentives. So far I've been able to gather the following from the internet:

36m/10k - 60% residual
MF - 0.00128

1) Does anyone have residual values for 24m terms (10k/12k/15k - doesn't matter)?
2) Can anyone share what incentives are currently out there for an F90 M5 lease? Located in CT and looking for a base car, don't need comp pack.

    Looking for 24/10, 24/12, 36/10, and 36/12.
