This will be my very first lease! I want to go in with as much knowledge as possible.
I'm looking at a 2020 M340i xdrive MSRP $64,295. May I please have the money factor, residual value, lease incentives/conquest for this vehicle zip 93004, 36/10 and 36/12? Thank you!

EDIT: I've been looking over previous posts. It looks like it would be,
    0.00118 MF and a 59% Residual for 36/12
    $1000 Lease credit
Does the $1000 loyalty credit apply if I own my 2018 M2?

If I negotiate the the car to $60,295 and put $4000 down can you please estimate what my payment would be? Thank you so much!

On a 36/15K lease, the dealer offered me a 2020 330xi loaner with 4,800 miles. No money down other than $2750 credits, including loyalty I guess. 1st two monthy payments are $35, and the remaining 34 payments are $503.88 which includes 37.07 monthly sales tax. Tax rate is 7.95%. The Original sticker is $45,380, the residual is $25,866. The adjusted residual is $24,791.60 accounting for $1,075 demo mileage penalty. MF is .00118. Admin fee is $199 and acquisition is $925. Total cap cost equals $38,874. The printout shows the dealer markup & profit is $843. Is this a good deal? What is the proper MF and residual, and incentives for zip code 63105? Thank you.

    What is your location?

    .00118 MF and 57% residual
The residual adjustment for miles is correct.

    $750 lease credit
    $2000 loyalty
Must be a two payment incentive, as well?

But, I would ignore the markup/profit numbers, as those are internal to that dealer, and may not be grounded in reality.

The payment calculation appears to be correct.

The discount isn't very large. About $4900. That isn't great for a loaner. I'd want another $1800-1900 off, before deducting incentives.

But, no markups to the money factor, and the incentives are very good. I think you can do a little bit better.

Subtracted the CAP cost from the MSRP
    Subtracted incentives from that number
Added back in the fees you listed

Frankly, I'd skip the down payment, roll the acquisition fee into the payment as well, and only pay the first payment and the DMV costs at signing.

Higher payment, but no risk of losing that up front money if the car is stolen or totaled during the lease.

My dad knew Steve, and he helped me get my first car out of college, what seems like ages ago (1985).

It's crazy how things can change in a matter of minutes. My wife is a middle school teacher and with her not going back to work until August we just decided that I will drive her car. Also, with the used market going down a bit I'm going to keep an eye out for a low mileage M340i xdrive. See if they will drop to below 50k.

    HERE IS MY DEAL
    2020 M340i xdrive
    MSRP $64,295
    36/12
    59% residual
    0.00118 MF
    $3500 out of pocket
    $623 (before tax)
    $671 (after tax)
First two payment are $171 (BMW is covering $500 of first two payments)

What do you think? Thank you!
What does the $3500 up front cover, specifically?

Is this at Steve Thomas BMW?
    $171 first months payment
    $925 aquisition
    $2,404 down

    yes, Steve Thomas BMW.

    Sounds like a plan.

We're down to one car, since I'm WFH (and have been for 10+ years now).

Got a current deal that I think can be improved.
    2020 330i
    $50,150
    Discount $5150
    New Price $46800
    Pay Previous Lease $1122
    Tax $4004
    Doc/Title/Smog $700
    Balance Due $51598

    $2k Down $546 10k/36 month
$3250 in rebates and BMW pays the first payment on new lease. Confusing to me how the rebates are figured in here.

RV Is 61% but they are bumping our base money factor until they run credit which will very likely give us the base rate on the car. Seems they are taking about 10% off the car but I think we can improve this. Suggestions ?

$2000 out of pocket from you, and you're rolling in $1100 from your previous lease? Why not ride out the current lease, then go shopping?

89169 Yes that is one option. The reason I am considering doing it early is there are some good factory incentives and some of the options on the car that I want are rare and I am concerned that issues may arise with inventory as they have been shutdown in Germany. With that in mind what do you suggest I present to them ?

Hi there. What are the current lease and loyalty incentives for 92111? Apparently there’s a $500 rebate for each of the first two payments. Is that in addition to any lease credit being offered? Thank you.

    Which 3-Series?

    What term and mileage allowance?

Yes, lease credits are separate from the payment incentive

I’m debating between another c43 or the bmw m340i bmw. My zip is 12550 and the bmw dealer I’m speaking to agreed to 0.00118 MF and with the 60% RV. The msrp of the car is 68k the lease deal they offered me was $650 but they won’t disclose the % off the msrp. I was asking for 10% off the msrp before incentives they told me that’s not realistic because it’s on a port getting shipped to another dealer so they have to “fetch” the car. I wanted to ask for opinions regarding this.

How much is due at signing with that $650/mo quote?

Would be good to get all the details behind the dealer quote.

Ask the dealer to give you a copy of their lease worksheet, so we can see all the numbers.

Will do. I was asking for a proposal but they kept trying to shop me by monthly price. By leasehackr calculations if I got 10% off the msrp with the base MF and RV, I should be at $595 payment so goal is to get them at around $610

So the original dealer stopped responding to me I’m speaking to a dealer in NJ (Rallye) the first offer they gave me was 689 (.00118 MF 60% RV $4200 Das taxes and fees up front, 5% off Msrp from 67,430) it was numbers over the phone I know it’s a terrible deal.
I have 2 questions the car with the specs and options im looking at is in transit (it’s not a special order) is there a way I can find out what dealership will be receiving the car?
I was told they can’t do 10% because it’s not car that they are receiving, I seen online a lot of people got 10% off special orders so it’s doesn’t make sense why I can’t get 10% off, if there is a valid reason for that can someone explain it me

I don't think there are consumer tools available to know which dealer will get what inventory.

Sounds like the dealer is being greedy by only offering 5% off MSRP.

So this is my first time leasing, after reading this forum I tried to do as much negotiation as possible. I haven’t pulled the trigger yet but the offer I have on the table is:

    My local Utah BMW dealer

    2020 M340i Xdrive - fully loaded 67k MSRP
    36 Month lease
    15k miles a year
    $4,000 down
    $600 a month
    no MSD
    no loyalty

    My zip code is 84094

    Is this a good deal?

Why start a lease with $4K? We recommend just first payment and registration costs be paid at signing.

Hi, what's the target MF/RV/incentives for
    • 2020 BMW 330i / M340i
    • 24mo / 15k miles
    • Zip code 94043
Also do the numbers differ for new models VS loaners with several thousand miles?

    Thanks a lot!

Hey everyone, I've been thinking about getting leasing an M340i, the car I want has an MSRP of about 64-65K. I was wondering if anyone could thell me what the invoice price is on the car and what the MF is or how to figure out the MF and invoice price myself. I live in Glendale, CA 91206 and I'm planing on getting the car from a dealership in Beverly Hills, 90036.

Also, what would the residual be on the car. It's my first time leasing a car so I'm not sure what the process is for getting a good deal.
