2020 Jeep Wrangler Sport S - Leasing & money factor

Hello,

I'm searching for a good deal for a 2 door Wrangler. I'm thinking 10,000 miles for a 36 month lease. Can someone provide me with the following for the 78150 zip code:
- Money Factor
- Residual Value
- Available lease credits/rebates

    I am new to these boards. been looking at Sport S lease. what is "standard MF" - I assume money factor, what is standard amount or rate? is 63% residual fairly standard for Wrangler? are these set by the company or bank lender? I spent 2-3 days with 5 dealers. offers from 380 to 530, absurd the range of prices for a fairy standard model with little difference. also, why don't more people show final monthly payment on boards exact $$, vs just MF, residual etc. $$ monthly is what most of us care about in the end right? thank you all.
