Any feedback if this is a good quote?

You won't see the $750 in the deal, as it is a Honda to dealer incentive. Hopefully, you negotiate a low selling price to account for it.

According to stats from here my wish is something like:
MSRP: $46055
Selling $41000
Down: $1000 + $1500 for fees and 1st month
Monthly seems like for this should be around $450 or less (base payment ~ $420)

What is the normal dealer fees these days especially if I buy out of state (buying in NJ and registering in PA)?

Msrp $39055.

I was offered 33,738. Don’t qualify for any additional incentives, such as loyalty.

Payment came out to $432 with tax and $899 down.

What are the mf And residual,

Wow, that is one large bank fee.

I'd roll the taxes, bank fee and dealer fee into the payment, and cut down the size of the up front cash. You'd lose that money if the car were stolen or totaled during the lease.

Divide your payment by the MSRP of the EX, then multiply it by the MSRP of the EXL. That will give you an approximate payment. With the EXL residual being 1% higher, that may make the difference a little less.

Assume MSRP is $40K and $43K

$400 / $40000 = .01

.01 X $43000 = $430

Increase in payment would be about $30/mo.

That's assuming all else is equal (which it isn't, but maybe close enough).

Sales tax rate?

Seems weird that you would have a small CAP cost reduction upfront. Was there a purpose in that?

I don't see the $595 acq.fee in your numbers
If I add that, and subtract the $205 from the CAP, $507/mo.+tax.

Seems like something else is missing.
