Hi Can I get the MF for zip code 33076 and also what are the incentives and any lease deals?

ok so I am super new to this and just used the calculator on Lease Hacker. I was quoted a deal yesterday on a 61,800 2.0 prem plus - 39 months / 12 k miles and just first payment due at signing $864 a month. After using the calculator (which I am not sure I am doing correctly- I see I am getting screwed. would you agree..... this is what the lease calculator said.

if I remove the cap cost reduction that another dealer offered and I believe they weren't offered, it reflects a 5.1 percent off msrp - still not good correct?

You are using the wrong MF in your first screen shot - it's .00135 for the 39 month term.

You are assuming $0 drive off, which means that everything - first payment, registration costs, bank and dealer fees - are being rolled into the selling price, and the monthly payment.

Can you confirm with the dealer that $60,158 is the adjusted (or net) cap cost they are using?

yes, it is beyond hot here. If I run this scenario through the calculator using the MF and Residual value that you gave I get this... so if I am correct they aren't using the MF you gave me? Is that a negotiating point or do they need to use the MF you gave?

The dealer is within their rights to mark up the MF. If you determine that they are, you simply tell them you want the base MF or you'll find another dealer.

Assuming 7% tax, I get $791/mo with $1500 out of pocket.

This dealer may also be marking up the MF on you.
