    Fed funds rate at 0%. 30 year mortgage at 2.5%. BMW, Mercedes financing cars at 1% and Porsche still charging 4.8%. Crazy.

    Lots of brands are leasing at equivalent rates - has nothing to do with the larger market.

    MF is just one component of a lease program - residual and incentives can also be tweaked to improve it.

    We don't know. Porsche only updates residuals each quarter, so since it is a new quarter, it is likely they changed.

    I am currently leasing a BMW X6, but thinking about leasing a Porsche Cayenne Base. Can you please provide MF, RV, and incentives (including "conquest") for a 36/15,000 lease at zipcode 14901? Also, does Porsche treat service loaners similar to BMW (i.e. they are treated as "new" and can be leased in the same way)? One (and only so far) dealership that I spoke so far said they are treated differently but didn't give me any details.

    I’m in MA, fees included registration etc, that was about $1900 plus my first month’s payment, so $2700 due at signing. But I got a 2020, you got a 2021. Maybe that’s the difference?
