@kyfdx Thank you for your help. Here is the scenario. We intend to buy this vehicle out as we drive 20k miles per year. The idea is to buy it and then sell it at 5 years once mileage hits 100k. Now here is what I am trying to figure out:
If I take the higher rebate option, sales price will result in $30,840 and with the lower money factor, sales price is $33,675. Under both cases, the residual at 48% would be $19,932.
If I take the higher rebate option (sales prices $30.840), it would be best to pay off the car or refinance to buy it out with a 3rd party lender right ? That way we can save on the interest payments due to the standard .00215 money factor ?

If you are doing a buyout shortly after leasing, then of course, you should take the higher MF and the bigger incentive.

Do your finance shopping beforehand, because it is unlikely that Acura Finance will loan you the money to buyout the lease. Lay out the whole plan to the bank, because waiting for title/lien work might throw a wrench into things.
