I haven't looked at all regions, but no reason to think it isn't a national incentive.

I was working a deal today for a 2021 GMC Yukon SLT and I have tier 1 credit. Dealer based numbers off of a 3.39% GM financial purchase rate but once they ran my credit it came back at 6% interest instead? My credit score was 855! Dealer was at a loss. I had to walk away because I wasn't going to give GM more money.

Does this rate seem normal right now?

Dealer is allowed to mark up the rate, for extra profit.

I don't see the base rate for the 2021 Yukon, so I can't tell you what the rate ought to be.

As noted, we don't have the rates. But, 3.39% APR seems awfully low for a new 2021 vehicle.
Frankly, 6% is more in line with what I would have expected.
