    You can structure the lease any way you'd like.

    Dealers like big down payments as it makes the monthly payment look small.

    I got the following Lease offer in SoCal
    Msrp $53365
    Preferred customerdisc price $49900

    36 months/ 12k miles
    No Down
    $771.31/month incl tax
    Is this a good deal

    The dealer is using MF .0001 and RV54%

    When I use your MF .00125% and RV 54% I get a payment of $727/month incl tax

    There is discrepancy of $44 between the 2 payments

    Your thoughts.
