[A Good Deal Or Not] 2020 BMW m240i Convertible

Hi,
I just got a quote on a 2020 BMW m240i Convertible with premium package.
MSRP: 55,940
Lease Term: 36/10
Selling price: 51,400
Monthly: 585 +tax
With max MSDs: 558 +tax
Due on signing: 2550 + shipping

Is this a good deal? It seems like the whole west coast is running low on m240 CV inventory. And I reached out to a few dealers and all of them are giving me way higher price than this.
Appreciate for any feedback, Thanks!

    What is your ZIP code?

Yes, inventory is low for many dealers, which gives them the upper hand in negotiations.

    .00099 and 53%
    $2500 lease credit

Using the MSRP and the selling prices given, I calculate $684/mo, plus tax.

    Quote from dealer looks reasonable.

Would you mind PMing me the dealer info? Looking for a similar car and can’t get anywhere close to that in terms of lease rate!
