Is it $3000 total out of pocket, or $3000 down plus first payment, registration, etc.?

I'd push back for the base MF.

That's just the payment summary table.

The worksheet would show the MSRP, discounts, fees, residuals and (hopefully) the MF used.

Think about it this way - if they don't want to share the details with you, why don't they? What are they hiding?

Third time was the charm! Here's what they shared:

I asked again and this is what they sent over. I tried getting a detailed breakdown of the non tax fees. This was the response: "So its an inventory fee registration fee state fee but they charge it all for one. There is no break down"

But, I don't have anything that outlines how they've arrived at the monthly payment.

Ask them for a screen capture of their software that shows the details.

They've shared the same chart just with updated numbers as a result of further back and forth. This is for 10K/36 mo in Texas

How do you know they are using the base MF, now?

I don't see a reference to the acquisition fee (non tax fees?)

If I use $40,714 as the cap cost, I get $470/mo, so pretty close to the dealer quote.

If we could get exact numbers, we could figure out the discrepancy.

Okay - they've finally sent me what I think you were referencing! This only shows up to 2500 down. At these numbers, do you think this is reasonable? It's my first time leasing and I've been going back and forth on lease vs. buy - so I appreciate your input and help here. Thank you!

And, I agree with the math on that screen capture.

Only way to improve on it is to get a lower price.
