    Thanks so much. BMW is currently advertising 2021 X7m50i trim which I presume is based on MF of 0.00099 along with RV of 56%?

    I was curious how many buyers are getting base MF of 0.00099? My dealer hasn't disclosed quoted MF but based on their monthly amount, I am guessing 0.00185 or 4.4%! I saw another post "Yes, dealers will honor the base MF of .00099. Don't patronize any that won't." This is hard to do since I special ordered the car from this dealer... hoping to make some traction with finance manager in person when the car arrives this Saturday.

    I am willing to wait until Tuesday in hopes of better program but I may be out of luck if my dealer insists on charging higher MF...

    Dealer can only mark up the MF by .00040, or .00139.

    Many folks lease BMWs using the base MF.

    If you special ordered the car, and didn't negotiate the terms at the time you placed the order ("will you write up my lease using the base MF when the car arrives?"), you are at a disadvantage.

    Looks like dealer is in fact using .00139 as stated by the moderator. I am curious if only two rates are possible base MF of .00099 and 00139 or can it be any value in between? I was hoping to negotiate a number in between.

    It can be any value inbetween. I would insist on .00099.

    No, just working a different deal. I do this for friends and family who don't like negotiating. The Pilot deal is done. Now working on the X7. ;)
