    What is the adjusted CAP cost?
    I don't see sales tax amount in your list.

    $1900 upfront and $475/mo. seems like a pretty good payment, relative to MSRP, even if it is for 48 months.

    I would check to see if you'll be in warranty for the entire 48 months, or if the clock is already ticking on that demo.

    There's the snafu, thanks for pointing out. The warranty would expire within the lease period (so it would be out out of warranty while the 48-month lease was still open).

    I don't know the in-service date, but perhaps a 42 month term lease?

    One more update... I have the following terms for a 39-month lease (based on on the in-service date, as you mentioned). Please let me know your thoughts... same figures as above but the changes are: 39-month lease, $1900 down and $499/month.

    Please let me know if this seems reasonable and a good deal.

    Is this RWD or AWD?

    The 36/42/48 residuals are as follows (for 10K):

    RWD - 56% / 52% / 48%
    AWD - 54% / 51% / 49%

    Therefore, it's quite possible that the 39 month RV is only 3% higher than the 48 month RV, if the car is AWD.

    Just wild speculation on my part - I've got no facts to back this up.

    Yes, it is AWD (4matic). But please let me know your thoughts. I thought $499/month with $1900/down for 39 months was a good deal (based on other quotes that I received in 11758). Please let me know if you agree, or if this does not seem fair/good.

    If this is still for the $50K MSRP vehicle, then it's a decent deal, relative to the sticker price.
