2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Lease Deals and Prices

I contacted the dealer regarding their advertised lease on the Limited and they stated it was an error. Although everything in the fine print was for a Limited including MSRP and the picture was a Limited, they are claiming it was suppose to be for a Laredo that the ad just went up today.

Got quoted $410 for 36/10 and $422 for 36/12 on a 2020 Grand Cherokee Limited 4x4 zip 11735, $5,250 in incentives. Is this a good deal? What questions should I be asking the dealer to get it lower? Thanks!

MSRP: $43,695
Incentives: $5250
Cap Cost: $37,345
53% residual @ 23,158
$300 due at signing (First month, $75 title, $10 NYS insp, $1731 tax, $80 plate transfer, $2000 trade in on a 2004 corolla reduced original due at signing of $2,300)

Would walk out writing a $300 check at signing.
36 months/12k = $390/mo

Dealer website is reflecting the following incentives in their online pricing:
$1000 - 20CL5 (Chrysler Capital Bonus Cash)
$2750 - 20CL1 (National Retail Consumer Cash)
$500 - MACL2D (Mid-Atlantic Fast Start)

Are all of those incentives applicable to a lease (they initially told me no, but I believe they should be.)

Also, as a current Jeep leaseholder, I believe I should be eligible for $500 for returning lessee (38CLB3) and $500 Mid-Atlantic returning Lessee Bonus Cash (MACLT)

When I add those all up, I see a total of $5250 in incentives. Is that correct, and can I layer all of them together into a new lease?

Thanks for the feedback. I didn't realize the incentives were so location-specific. I've seen other quotes in this thread referencing $4250 in lease incentives, but it looks like in this area it's only $2000 total (not counting the potential loyalty bonuses)

Correct - incentives are highly regional for Chrysler Capital.
