Thanks. So not great but not bad, either? getting a 8.5% off MSRP seemed like a decent deal to me though. Are the numbers "spot on"? honestly, i could not replicate the $520 monthly payment using the online calculators (and i have a graduate degree in finance, go figure, lol).

If you are in NJ, I think you can do better than 8.5% off MSRP. 10% should be a goal, if not higher. Leasehackr has tons of brokers that can do 10% off MSRP.

Disposition fee isn't charged upfront. It's collected at lease end.

Just went through the process with several dealers in Florida. Ended up with 8.5% discount of MSRP + $1,500 lease credit. For you, this would translate to a $5,100 cap cost reduction, rather than the $3K you currently have. And MF should be .00082, I believe.

Appreciate the feedback. The Out of pocket itemization is 1st $537 (incl 7% tax), Registration $175, sales on down pmt $175, Doc Fee $800. Included the disposition as I'm returning one but now understand that is paid to BMW not the dealer. Out of pocket is $1,700. On doc fee thought it better to pay up from so not paying interest on their dealer profit.

The dealer so far has provided only bits and pieces of the deal. I put this together based on my last lease and what I know the current numbers to be so I'm prepared when they come back with some high number. I'll get their details and push to get close to the $537 I calculated with the correct MF and 8.5% plus $1,500 disc.

You have a $925 acquisition fee to be paid. Is that part of the net CAP?

Considering the $800 doc fee, and the $1500 incentive, it's not a great deal. Better with the base MF.

I see the lease cash this month is $1500 for both 2021 330xi and 2021 M340xi’s (zip 07670) for NEW cars.

If they are loaners, is it still $1500 or does it get bumped up to $2000 lease cash for being a loaner vehicle? In other words, is there an extra $500 lease cash because it’s a loaner?
