    I received a written deal today for a 2021 Highlander XLE AWD. 36/12. Zip Code 44320. MSRP $43,112. Selling Price $40,100 - $1,500 rebate = $38,600. Residual 68%. Lease thru Ally Bank at 5.19%. Gap insurance included from Ally. $250 Doc Fee. Non-tax fees $103. First payment due at signing. He wants to take my (leased) 2018 Highlander in on trade. He is giving me a trade value of $27,000 with a trade payoff of $26,301.87. (We had 45 K allowance on the lease and it only has 34,111 miles on it). Tax $118.12. We are at end of our 36 month lease on 12/23/20. Is this a good deal? Any concerns or other questions I should ask? Thanks!

    Looking for MF/RV for 2021 Highlander XLE FWD on a 36m/12k lease in Texas zipcode 78023.

    Also, are tax credits active on the highlander at the moment? If so, is it 0% tax? or 1% instead of the normal 6.25% - Leasing in Texas is difficult to get a good deal unless tax credits are active...
