Leasing with working visa

Hi
I am not sure if this is the right place to ask, but hope someone have an experience with it.
I am under working visa (H1B) expired in a little more than an year, and i will get greencard or renew visa for another 3 yr before current visa expired. I want to lease an audi (36month).

I have lived in USA for 10 year (7 yr study+3 year working), and have credit history for 5 year with current scored 784.
In California, will my immigration status even show up? I mean if they just check my driver license and credit scored, immigration status might not even appear right? i assume the only thing can indicate that is lack of credit history.
i know audi have foreign business professional program, but the program sounds like apply to people with really short credit history. I am asking because one dealer keep asking about my visa status and say MF is higher because i am international.

Anyway it short, here is my question.
1. Should i mention i am under working visa?
2. Can i only get lease for 1yr (based on my current visa expired date?) or 3yr like everyone else?
3. is my MF going to go up because immigration status? or just based on my credit scored.
4. Is above requirement dealership dependent or they are actually audi requirement?
thanks

To be clear, I don't have the answers to your questions, just anecdotal reports from other members.

You probably won't be able to lease for longer than the expiration of your current visa, no matter how long you've been here, or how good your credit is. (take this with a grain of salt.. I really don't know for sure)

One year leases would be so expensive, that you probably wouldn't take one, if you could get it.

No idea on if your status affects the credit tier.

The rules are likely a requirement of the leasing bank, Audi Financial Services.

    Thanks for reply.
    Here is the updated.
I able to get the lease car with 36 month/12k without any issue.
The dealer does not ask me about my visa at all, so it is really depend on the dealer.
I still get the tier 1 interest rate base on my credit scored.
I am not sure if they know i am under working visa, since i did not tell them that.
    The dealer is LA.
    thanks

How did it actually play out at the end? I only recently got an e1 visa approved and I would love to be able to lease out a car so I am wondering if the procedure is different from the one they tell from the one they post on the internet. I am planning to talk to my lawyer about it though. I know that the guy I hired is more of an immigration specialist (especially since I found his name online via googling e1 visa lawyer Los Angeles) but he is extremely competent and he does know a lot regarding immigration as well as the helping people settle in. And we have become close friends so I think that if I ask him for advice he would help me out. But I do think that if push comes to show I will ask for financial advice hehe.
