I'm looking to do a 36mo 12k/yr mile lease on a 2020 Murano SL AWD
MSRP is $43,555
Dealer will do cap cost of $39,250 BEFORE the $4800 in incentives, which will reduce it to $34,450 before the doc fee, acquisition, etc.
Doc fee is $599 (barf such a ripoff)

I show $342 a month if I pay all taxes and fees up front and $435 a month with zero drive off.

Is this a good deal? I asked how the monthly numbers look, and want to see if they match what I calculated

acq fee $650 but those separate from the $39,250
I was curious if that was a good cap cost
I got re-quoted at $419/mo paying just DMV and first month at drive off

Lynnes Nissan in Bloomfield, NJ
VERY easy to work with. They tried to get me for $490 more on the cap cost because of a “computer glitch” in the finance office, but I was ready. Other than that, highly recommend.

Same question - I see the residuals and incentives for the S and SV, but how about the SL?
My deaker told me 49% and 4325 incentive for the SL, but I just want to confirm.
He did tell me .00003 for the MF.

Thank you so much for this, got the dealer to also confirm the MF and Residual on the 24/12k. However they were saying that only the $3025 lease incentive could be used and not the $500 bonus cash. From what I've found, that's untrue and they can both be used on the lease for the S AWD, correct?

Just want to make sure I can get confirmation of that before going back to them.
