Don't have the loyalty info for 2020 models, but assume there should be some available.

Congratulations! I plug in your numbers in the calculator. It would appears that the $1,000 loyalty credit and $2,000 lease credit are applied AFTER the selling price of $46,995, which would make the net price to be $43,995. Can you confirm? Also, is this 7.5k or 10k miles per year? Either way, it is an awesome deal!

I have no idea about any other numbers which is the reason I asked. This includes every other payment. Taxes are a part of the quote: $2038 for taxes are added in as is the acquisition fee, first month's payment, cap cost reduction, and all fees (title, doc fee etc). They will also waive $900 or 900x2 of the last two payments for my present lease.

Sorry, without knowing the price of the vehicle, it's hard to say. BMW programs run through 01/04, though.

I see. If I had to guess, it would be:

    MSRP: 75790+995 (76785)
Total Discounts including Loyalty and BMW Cash back: ~69000
    Acquisition Fee: 925
    Title Fee: 260
    Other upfront fees: ~1000
Out the door payments: 3500 incl first month (877)
    Lease payments: 877 per month

This is for 2021 car, by the way.

    Does the above add up?

    Thanks,

Hi - can I please get the MF, residual, and incentives for a 2020 BMW 530xi. 18966 zip code, 36 months/10k. Also, what is a reasonable sales price to target on a loaner vehicle? I am thinking 20% off MSRP prior to any incentives given that it's a 2020 and a loaner, but am I being greedy?

    Thanks in advance!

How many miles are on the loaner?

20% isn't a bad place to start - we recommend 15-18% off, generally.

Thanks, Michael! There are 2,384 miles on the loaner. Here is the math that I'm doing:

    MSRP: $58,885
Target Sales Price: $45,608 (20% off + $500 lease incentive $1,000 conquest that he told me I qualify for)
MF: .0005 (I will do whatever number of MSD necessary to hit this, my understand is that this is the bottom?)
Residual: $33,557 (58% and mileage adjustment)
    $374 pre-tax, $408 with PA 9% tax; $1,403 DAS ($995 acquisition + first month)

    Anything wrong with my math?

You have to account for the dealer doc fee, and the taxes on the bank & doc fees, and the incentives.

Acquisition fee is $925 from BMW.

I'm just a dollar or so off your math (rounding error, perhaps).

    Thanks! Here's where we are:

    MSRP: $58,885
    Sales Price: $45,608 (20% off + $1,500 incentives)
    MF: .00056
Residual: $33,557 (note: not seeing this on the sheet, so doing my math)
    $409.48 with PA 9% tax; $4,868 DAS

    1) I think the MF should be .00051 but his math is .00086 - 7 * .00004 = 0.00058. Says his manager made a mistake but they'll abide by the .00056.
    2) I'm getting a payment of $413 a month using their numbers, so assuming I'm either a little off on the residual or some formula error with taxes or whatever.
    3) Breakdown of DAS = $3,150 + $925 + $409 (first month) + $83 (tax) + $144 (dealer doc) + $5 (county) + $9 (transfer) + $55 (title) + $49 (online reg fee) + $38 (registration) = $4,867. Any thoughts on the $383 in what I consider BS fees?
    4) Any overall thoughts? I feel like this is a pretty good deal for a $59k MSRP car, even if 2020 loaner. Should I push for more?

    1) 7 X .00005 = .00035 MF reduction. Seems like they marked up the rate slightly, before deducting the MSDs.
    2) 1st 500 miles don't count towards the residual reduction, so the calculated residual should be $125 higher than your calculation
    3) Only the dealer doc fee seems extra. You have to register the vehicle and pay tax and government fees
    4) It's a great deal. I wouldn't make a peep about anything. Just grab it and go.

Thanks! I was good with the deal, but when I went in to test drive the car (all negotiations have been online), I was not a fan of the color scheme. There are not many 2020 loaners left, but we were able to find something else. Deal details below in case it helps someone else. They did inform me that the MSD buy-rate is .00004 now, not .00005. Could be BS, but throwing it out there in case someone else comes across it.

Thank you to this forum! This is the best deal I have gotten yet because I finally understand the numbers. See ya in three years.

    MSRP: $61,085
    Sales Price: $46,368 (20% off + $2,500 in incentives/rebates)
    MF: .00086 - .00004 * 7 = .00058
Residual: $35,168 (car had 1,544 miles)
    $390.66/month including 9% PA tax
    DAS: 7 MSDs + $390.66 (first month) + $925 + $387 (other fees; see above) = $4,503
