    The dealer responded that .00144 isn't available and countered with .00194.

    The dealer's location is different than mine. I'm in 43212 and the dealer is located in 60035.

    Are they playing games or is the difference attributed to location?

    So the dealer would not go for .00144 sticking to their proposed .00194, but agreed to lower the price of the vehicle to $53000 from an MSRP of $56790.

    With AudiCare, the lease payment is $879.84 for 36/15. Total of base payments is $29464 and buyout at lease end is $31234 totalling $60698. Seems like I’d be better off buying the car as Audi is offering 60 months at 2.49%. The .00194 MF is 4.67%.

    Any advice is appreciated.

    What is the amount Due at Signing?

    $880/mo is a lot for a $57K vehicle, in any case

    $2119 due at signing. (Lease aquisition fee of $895, cap cost reduction of $60.34, first monthly payment of $879.84, $274 title fee and $10 license and reg fee)

    We recommend you roll the bank fee into the payment.

    The allroad has a crappy lease program, and dealers marking up the MF makes it even worse.

    I tend to agree. You helped me lease a Lexus RX350 FSport a few years ago. MSRP about 60K for a little over 700 a month 36/15.

    Audi lease programs aren't great, but the deal the dealer is quoting you isn't good, either. Expand your search area.

    Duly noted. They’re using the relative scarcity of the vehicle as a way to negotiate. I have no problem waiting for another one to come along.

    BTW, I did find a few dealers online who are offering 1.49% on their websites for 2021 A4 Allroads.
