2020 BMW Z4 Lease Deals and Prices

Looking to replace my current 230xi conv. by leasing a Z4 m40i.
Got what I feel is a ridiculous quote over the phone by local dealer at $1000 down, 10k miles per year, loyalty included for $1044 per month. Asked for additional information about it and was told I should probably just order a 2021 model year

Looking for 2020 models as deal would be better, but if the info on 2021 is available please send as well
Any idea on residuals & incentives (24mo/10k & 36mo/10k) for zip code : 15136 ?

Not sure if BMW does 7500 miles per year, was told no, but this would be a more preferable term.

So, I have to accept this offer from a NY dealer by the end of today. Looks good to me compared to what I've been getting in Pittsburgh, like to the tune of nearly $200 less per month. No thrilled to land in NY to drive a new car for 6 hours, but seriously, Pittsburgh BMW dealers suck.

Rebate -$2500 (Loyalty and Lease Cash)

Taxes (10% on base Payment, registering to PA)
Residual at 10k =59%

Due at signing =$2000

I'm tossing the idea of using MSD's, but not 100%. But the deal in general seems ok for me to move forward, but I always love a second set of eyes/opinion.

Why not use MSDs? If you have the money, you can save on the monthly payment and have that cash returned to you at lease end.
