What is the residual for the 2021 Lexus IS 350 w/ dynamic handling package

In zip code 33545 can anyone tell me what the residual is for the 2021 lexus IS 350 (the $55355 version: fully loaded).

I am trying to get the best deal, but I don't necessarily trust what the dealers are telling me. I work in sales at Volkswagen, so I know they don't like to give these numbers out. One dealer is telling me that the residual for 39 months 15k is 73%. I do not think that is possible, but maybe someone will prove me wrong. Thank you for all of your help.

    No, the residuals aren't 73%, in any case.

    I knew that the residuals were not 73%, so this salesman lost my trust, in which case lost my business.

    RWD - 33545, All lease residuals please.

    The 2021 IS 350 I am looking at has an MSRP of $55355 in my area. I work in sales at Volkswagen here in Tampa, FL, but that is not helping me to get a good deal at a Lexus dealership.

    Have an offer for the Lexus IS 350 F Sport AWD MSRP $47,930. Lease for 39/10k at $499/mo with first months payment down. Includes tax and everything. Feel like I can get a better deal. Anyone have any insight? The car is the Grecian water which I haven't seen many of. Offer is in New Jersey
