BMW X5 / 540 i

Hi looking for a MF and RV on a 2021 X5 awd (service vehicle) 10k miles & 12k miles 06831.

I am being advised on 10k miles 52.1% RV, which I was told 54% over the phone, and MF .00126, not .00086 which other cars are going for. Being advised diff MF for ex service and managers cars...?

on 540i awd i was given 59% RV and .00086 MR on 10k miles zip 06831 which I thought was pretty good.

wanted to cross check notes if anyone could help on the X5 please.

    The residual will be reduced for the existing miles.

    .00086 is the base rate for every BMW model, this month.

    Thanks you. They kept the RV at X for then did a different way of caculating the miles. they took the miles less 500 and multiplied by .25 to make as a credit. I am not exactly sure where they put it but it could be part of the dealer discount.

    No, they subtracted the amount from the calculated residual.

    To simplify:

    MSRP is 50,000, residual is 60%, car has 2500 miles on it.

    50,000 * .6 = 30,000

    (2500 - 500) * .25 = 500

    $30,000 - $500 = $29,500 net residual

    Thank you for that - very simplified.

    Also I thought BMW MF was .00086 but I have a dealer marking it up 1%. saying they can't do anything. Now today the MF is .00133

    The base MF for April is .00093. .00133 MF would be with maximum markup by the dealer.
