Can you please tell me whether this lease is a good deal? Location is Texas.

MSRP: $65125
Sale Price: 63653.19

48 month lease term with 10k miles/year; 50% residual
Texas sales tax capitalized at 6.25%
$2500 down

Payment: $850.46/mo.

Also, do you know whether MB still offers tax credits?

    Is that the sale price or the adjusted CAP cost?
    Is $2500 the TOTAL amount Due at Signing?
